Appointments and Cancellations

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure necessary paperwork can be filled out before your treatment commences. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment times or treatment cancellations. If we need to cancel your treatment for any reason we will ensure to contact you in advance.*
  • Prior to your treatment we will advise you of any pre care preparations you will need to do before hand for best results failure to follow our pre care advice may result in your treatment being postponed.* 
  • If you are unable to attend your appointment please call us immediately on 01788569611.* Here at DermaNu clinic we require a cancelation notice of 48 hours prior to treatment time less notice than this will result in a 50% charge of treatment cost 24 hours or less will require full treatment cost.*
  • If you are cancelling a Wednesday appointment we need to know by close of business (5:30pm) on the Saturday prior as we are closed from Sunday-Tuesday.
  • Cancellation fees will be deducted from any pre payments or deposits that have been made*
  • For health and safety children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and not left unattended at any time in the clinic.*
  • Anyone who wishes to bring small children must be accompanied by a chaperone for whilst the client is being treated, failure to do this will result in your appointment being cancelled and treatment will be charged at the full treatment cost.

Credit card details, deposits and payments

  • To secure your appointment here at DermaNu clinic a non refundable 50% deposit of treatment cost is required. This will roll over at every appointment for the next and will come off your very last appointment with us.

Treatment suitability

  • Here at DermaNu clinic we will always assess that the treatment is suitable for you before any treatment is carried out if it is.
  • A test patch is required 24 hours prior to any new treatment you wish to have a DermaNu clinic.


  • It is the clients responsibility to provide DermaNu clinic with relevant medical details and any changes to their record cards prior to each treatment. DermaNu clinic will not be liable for any damage that many occur due to the clients failure to disclose such details.
  • The client must agree to comply with all pre and after care advised to them from DermaNu clinic failure to do this can result in adverse reactions and DermaNu clinic will not be held responsible.
  • Valuables are the responsibility of the client at all times DermaNu clinic take no responsibility for broken or loss of valuables.
  • Pregnancy is contraindicated to most treatments here at DermaNu clinic. If you are pregnant you must let us know before booking the treatment.
  • DermaNu clinic will not be liable in contact, or otherwise for any economic loss or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of , or in connection with its provision of any goods and for services to the client. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory legal rights.

Complaints or enquiries

  • If you wish to make a complaint or enquiry please email us on enquiries@dermanuclinic.com and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.


  • If you wish to return any product that has been purchased from DermaNu clinic the product must be in its original unopened packaging.
  • We can not refund or replace any used items unless they are faulty.
