Black heads are where the pores in the skin become blocked with dead skin cells and sebum. The top of the black head, which is the visible part, becomes darker in colour the longer it is there.

Milia are small hard white bumps that appear on the skin they are most commonly found on the cheeks and around the eye area they are cysts made up of keratin blocking the natural exfoliation process in the skin we can remove these blockages quite easily however the most important part of removing them then becomes the home care regime that will help to prevent them from coming back.
