Treatment and procedure

A thorough consultation will take place before any treatment will commence. Once you have decided to go ahead with your selected treatment and are completely happy with your consultation, we can book you back in for your treatment. Prior to the treatment, the area will be cleansed with an antibacterial agent. The actual injections only take a few moments per site. The time of the entire procedure varies according to the number of injections required.

Post treatment

Your aesthetician will give you a detailed home care plan during your consultation and again after your treatment. After treatment there can be some slight swelling in the treated area, some redness and in some cases some bruising. These symptoms will resolve in about 7 days.

Be gentle with treated areas making sure not to apply too much pressure.

Do NOT massage treated areas for 48 hours.

Do NOT exercise for 24 hours after treatment.

Avoid excessive sun exposure, UV lamp exposure, tanning and cold outdoor activities until redness and swelling resolve.

Results vary from person to person. Additional treatments may be necessary to achieve the desired level of correction. Maintenance injections, generally within 3-4 months, will help sustain the desired look.
